(1) Vendor needs to provide mobility platform.• The procurement covers the technology and operational services needed to configure, implement, operate, and support agency specific services.– Provide both the Mobility Platform supporting microtransit and ADA paratransit booking, scheduling, and dispatch, and the turnkey microtransit services– The Mobility Platform includes the following: • Central dispatch and administration • Vehicle and operator applications • Rider mobile and web applications • Reporting • Trip booking and scheduling • Third–party provider management • ADA paratransit eligibility • Operations • Billing • Implementation includes project management, design, configuration, testing, documentation, training, and data migration– Turnkey Services include the following: • Mobilization and transition • Vehicles and accessible fleet capacity • Operators • Maintenance • Facilities • Human dispatch • Customer service (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
