Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Peshawbestown, MI. – Services will include, cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, sanitizing surfaces, and cleaning mirrors/windows, deodorizing all rooms, on the first floor.  – Remove all trash from trash bins and place it in dumpster located outside of agency property.– Replace trash bins with trash bags.– Provide janitorial services for basement twice a monthly, the required services include cleaning, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning stairways.
