ELECTRIC-0989 - USA (South Pass, Wyoming) - Points to Ac Power Upgrade Solar Service - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide points to ac power upgrade solar service to the government authority located in South Pass, WY. – Ensure all conduits entering into the pull box are protected against insect infestation and rodent entry by inserting brass wool into the conduit and forming it around the wires.– All cables or wires found inside a pull box should be properly labelled as to type (communications, etc.) and destination.– Provide labelling of cables and conductors for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes.– All cables or wires found at the service point should be properly labelled as to type and destination.– Protect and secure all wires to avoid accidental damage or disconnection.– Ensure the presence of power transients or electromagnetic fields, including those created by components of the system, do not affect the system’s performance.– The system does not radiate radio frequency noise or interference that could adversely affect other electrical or electronic equipment, including but not limited to other control systems, data processing equipment, audio, radio, and industrial equipment.– Install all equipment with adequate voltage suppression equipment as recommended by each individual equipment manufacturer to protect the system from electrical spikes or transients.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026.
