TRANSPORT-11510 - USA (Towson, Maryland) - Moving Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide moving services to the government authority located in Towson, MD.                             – Move miscellaneous furniture from vacated office space to the County’s surplus facility. – Move miscellaneous furniture and equipment from old office space to new office space, provide boxes, bubble wrap and labels.– Moving services needed to move a small amount of furniture from one area to another, i.e. a bank of filing cabinets, desks and chairs.– Disassemble furniture, move to new location and when instructed reassemble.– Move when only given twenty–four (24) hours’ notice for a job– All moves performed in the Circuit Court, Public Safety Building, Police Stations, and Detention Center will require that movers pass a background check.– Provide an English speaking supervisor for all moves over four (4) hours.– Must come prepared with tools needed for the job, dollies, panel carts, ramps, floor protection, tools to take down and reinstall furniture.– Remove miscellaneous items from County properties and transport to the County landfill.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
