CLEANING-12999 - USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC. – All hard–surface floors shall be cleaned and protected as needed, and in a manner appropriate to the particular type of floor, to provide a bright and uniform appearance.– Carpeted floors shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's cleaning recommendations to ensure a clean appearance and extend the carpet's service life.– Public seating, including seat cushions, arm rests, tables, and bases.– Break room furnishings shall be kept clean and free of dirt, dust, spills, splatters, stains, and other foreign materials.– Sinks, including faucets and under–counter piping, shall be kept clean and sanitary.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 1, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
