SCOPE OF SERVICES SUMMARY The City of St. Cloud is seeking to engage multiple qualified general or utility contractors to provide professional services for a variety of services related to the installation of new wastewater and stormwater lift stations and the rehabilitation of the existing lift stations on a per-project task authorization basis specified in Section 2, Detailed Scope of Services and Requirements of this ITB document.
