(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based compensation data licenses.  – Web–based compensation data platform.– The platform must enable department of war Acquisition professionals to conduct extensive planning, market pricing, entry–level to executive compensation analysis, and geographic cost–of–living assessments without relying on disparate or disjointed data sources. – Provide continuous, web–based access to a robust, bundled suite of tools designed specifically for compensation planning and analysis. – The underlying database must encompass a broad spectrum of companies, an extensive variety of job roles (from entry–level to executive), including extensive global salary data, and a multitude of industries to ensure statistically significant benchmarking. – Includes all licensing, hosting, maintenance, and data updates necessary to fulfill the performance requirements.   – Data Sources, Methodology, and Coverage– Software and Tools– Consulting and Support– Licensing and Usage Terms– Data Security and Compliance(2) The contract period will be one year.
