(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic human resources development plan consultancy services. • Review of the technical skills and qualifications currently required for Centro, IP to perform effectively, both now and in the future;• Drafting of Human Resources Management Policy documents for Centro, IP, and ensuring they are aligned with those of other institutions;• Development of staff performance evaluation tools and related criteria for employee awards based on their performance;• Development of tools and criteria for establishing incentives for civil servants and Public Officials, and how to align them with the current compensation policy for the civil service;
