(1) Vendor needs to provide youth courts and community panels services to the government authority located in Juneau, AK. • Provide Youth Court and Community Panels (YCCP) program is to promote public safety by encouraging accountability for acts of juvenile delinquency, ultimately improving public safety through increased youth empowerment.• long–term outcome is a reduction in first– and second–time misdemeanour offenders penetrating further into the juvenile justice system.• Recruitment and training of volunteers.• Intake.• Court hearings and debriefing.• Completion of participant surveys.• Reporting, including data entry in the division's Youth Offender Data Application (YODA).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
