EXTRA-73659 - USA (Santa Fe, New Mexico) - Integrated Vegetation Management Support Services - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated vegetation management support services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– Consist of mapping of roadside vegetation management practices, including noxious or invasive weeds, vegetation management monitoring protocols, assist in marking restricted spray zones statewide based on the restricted spray zone map locations, utilizing GIS technology and coordinating.– Develop a science–based database to evaluate efficacy and safety of herbicide treatments referencing toxicity and environmental impacts.– Conduct outreach to land management agencies, tribal entities, cooperative weed management agencies, and local governments to coordinate appropriate treatments.– Create and maintain a stakeholder contact list in searchable database including adjacent private property owners in counties where records are digitized and available.– Provide updates to GIS mapping as needed through survey of district operations, public involvement, and agency coordination to reflect real–time procedures.– Develop vegetation management plans, design and conduct pilot mitigation projects, and design and conduct monitoring and evaluation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.
