(1) Vendor needs to provide IT services to the government authority located in Asheville, NC.– Hardware: (5) next–generation managed firewalls (Altamont, Deaver view, Bartlett, Asheville Terrace, Klondike).– Initial setup and configuration: provision next–generation firewalls, including Site–to–Site agency configuration, and migrate all existing routes to the new devices.– Licensing: Provide one–year licensing, including IPS, malware protection, and filtering, for all five devices.– Switching hardware: provide eleven 24–port POE switches.– High–Demand POE switching hardware: provide three 24–port full switches.– Switching Hardware: Provide two 48–port switches.– Project management: provide project management services, including planning, scheduling, and documentation.– Central firewall hardware: provide a next–generation firewall sized for 150 users and 5 Gbps throughputs for the central site.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
