(1) Vendor needs to provide employee mental health and healing support service to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. • Proven models that effectively address mental health and trauma,• Culturally relevant and trauma–informed models of care and support,• Approaches that reduce stigma and increase psychological safety around mental health in the workplace.• Proactive, holistic, and preventative mental health and wellness services.• Individual therapy service provide up to ten individual holistic, trauma–informed mental health therapy sessions per calendar year per employee and members of their immediate household, without the option for sessions to roll over.• Monthly large group mental health education sessions provide recurring monthly educational sessions open to all employees, delivered virtually or in–person with examples of topics.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
