Vendor needs to provide process server service to the government authority located in Ballston SPA, NY. – The Process Server will be responsible for serving legal papers in court proceedings.– Server must find the individual by knocking on doors to see them face–to–face. Theywill need to ask the individual they face if they are the particular person to be served,and if so, hand them the papers and state to the individual that they have beenpersonally served.– Server will follow any special instructions for service given by the requestingagency, including a preference for personal service and a requirement of at leastthree (3) attempts at personal service before resorting to alternate service.– Server must complete the Affidavit of Services by marking how the service was completed and at the bottom of the Affidavit complete the area which will give a description of theindividual they served; the server must have his signature notarized on the Affidavit.– Server must complete a voucher for payment of their services. The voucher must show the name of the person served, area travelled to and round–trip mileage, and must be signed by the server.
