(1) Vendor needs to provide print and mail services for tax statements and notices to the government authority located in Stillwater, MN. – To provide printing, folding, mailing and electronic distribution of Valuation Notices, Tax Statements, and Truth in Taxation Notices.– Valuation Notice (March) for approximately 110,000 copies – Tax Statement (March) for approximately 110,000 copies – Truth in Taxation Notice (November) for approximately 110,000 copies (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be five years.
