(1) Vendor needs to provide data center refresh service to the government authority located in Newton, MA. – Implement the agency’s datacenter refresh. • Equipment list for datacentre refresh:– Production san: Server nodes for virtualization – Memory: 2 TB Total – NIC cards: Dual port 10/25GB with 10GB SFPs – Drives: Total storage 125 TB or better w/potential expansion  – CPU 64 Cores Total – DISASTER RECOVERY SAN: Server nodes for virtualization – Memory: 1.5 TB total – NIC Cards: Dual port 10/25GB with 10GB SFPs – Drives: Total storage 250 TB or better w/potential expansion – Production and Disaster Recovery SAN Hypervisor Software – Nutanix – CPU 48 Cores Total – Min 3–year Hardware/Software Support • Requirements:– Provide deployment services focused on building and configuring the new Nutanix production and disaster recovery clusters.– Work with and lead the IT department staff to determine the best approach for migration to Nutanix infrastructure, and provide hands–on training to IT staff during and after deployment.– Analyze the current data center environment, including server, storage, and virtualization configurations, to ensure that all requirements are captured and the migration strategy is fully documented and understood.– Review the proposed Nutanix environment for security considerations and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with industry best practices and agency standards.– Serve as the primary broker and point of coordination for all Nutanix hardware, software, licensing, training, and professional services.– Maintain current, applicable Nutanix certifications relevant to deployment, cluster configuration, and migration activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
