(1) Vendor needs to provide expanding competitive integrated employment consultant services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.• Consulting services to identify ways in which can continue to expand support to help more individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities• Identify strengths and gaps within Medicaid Waiver systems as they relate to helping individuals with obtain and maintain.• Survey the national landscape of Medicaid Waiver systems to describe services available federally, and report on effective services from five (5) other states comparable.• Make recommendations for changes can implement to increase outcomes.• Responsible for ensuring any accessibility service providers who are not able to provide effective services are removed from the project.• All engagement strategies shall be linguistically and culturally accessible and effective.• Contractor shall review statewide data on participants who receive Medicaid Waiver funding• Direct service staff and leadership from all provider organizations.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
