(1) Vendor needs to provide general transportation planning consultant service to the government authority located in Tallahassee, FL.• Projects may involve a variety of planning, technical, public involvement and administrative activities. Innovative ideas and methodologies are encouraged.• Planning– Corridor, Sub–Area, and Intersection Analyses– collect existing technical and socio–economic data, conduct analysis of existing conditions, identify deficiencies and make recommendations of context sensitive (multimodal, road diet, etc.) solutions– forecast future conditions and identify needs for new or upgraded transportation facilities and services• Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP)– assist with the development, management, and thorough documentation of agency updates, including but not limited to scenario planning, revenue forecasting, travel demand modelling, data processing, cost feasible development, and Efficient • Other Planning– perform studies such as Level of Service Determinations, Access Management Classification, and Origin and Destination Analyses– analyze local comprehensive plans for planning consistency or general planning support and coordinating with local jurisdictions and modal agencies• begin program to support affordable housing through transportation analysis• other modes of study and modal agencies may include air, sea, and space• Annual Transportation Trends Report / Performance Monitoring– Develop, review and/or modify the agency Congestion Management System (CMS) network and its associated databases, including the annual Transportation Trends report– Identify and provide corridor and segment rankings based on pre–defined technical parameters(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026
