(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in California– Provide custodial services for or at various locations of county– Provides custodial services and supplies to approximately fifty–seven (57) service locations across forty–four (44) County facilities comprised of approximately 700,000 square feet of office, detention, law enforcement, parks/campground facilities and government use space.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) A mandatory job walks will be held on August 25 and 26, 2026.(4) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(5) The contract period will be for two years.
