Description
The Jersey City Public School District is requesting proposals for Private Duty Nursing Services for students receiving Section 504 accommodations that require such and to provide consultation as deemed appropriate. General education students with an approved 504 Accommodation Plan may require medical accommodations between the ages of 2 1/2 & 21 at various sites. The number of students requiring private nursing to address the students' medical conditions may increase and decrease during the school year depending on the students' medical condition.
