(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health sales tax funding service to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA. – Providing for the operation or delivery of chemical dependency or mental health treatment programs and services and for the operation or delivery of therapeutic court programs and services. – Programs and services include to, treatment services, case management, transportation, and housing that are a component of a coordinated chemical dependency or mental health treatment program or service.– Outreach and engagement– Prevention and early intervention– Recovery and re–entry– Therapeutic court support(2) The contract period will be for three years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
