(1) Vendor needs to provide potholing and utility locating service to the government authority located in Clark, WA. – The work consists of locating and potholing existing utilities to determine the exact size, depth, material, and type of utilities located within project areas designated by the agency. – Conduct the work in a manner that minimizes impacts to residents and existing surfaces.• Description of work:– Mobilization.– Pothole – pavement.– Pothole – outside of pavement.– CDF Backfill.– Surface restoration – hot patch.– Project temporary traffic control plan.– Flagger.– Construction signs class B.– Sequential arrow sign.– Portable changeable message sign.• This is a needs–based contract.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
