(1) Vendor needs to provide community lifestyle center concessions operation services to the government authority located in Breinigsville, PA.– Provide and pay for water, sewer, heat, electricity, natural gas, and fire insurance on the building and equipment.– Catering menu options with pricing for room rentals, birthday parties, large scall tournaments and special events.– Display to the public the prices of all items offered for sale.– Maintain a menu and shall include pricing information in the proposal package.– Pre–packaged foods.– Fruits and vegetables.– Plant forward menu options.– Whole grains.– Place healthy options at eye level in refrigerated display cases, grab and go coolers and display shelving.– Posting on menus and or point of sale location requesting customers inform staff of any food allergies and advise that while precautions are taken, cross contact may occur.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) A pre–bid site walk will be held on August 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
