(1) Vendor needs to provide Agnes vital sign machine system support and maintenance services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Must be both knowledgeable with AMD/Agnes Health monitors and able to assist with communication between the facilities Information Technology, Electronic Medical Records, ADL Data Systems and Agnes for any troubleshooting– AMD/Agnes Health monitors are an integral part of the ADL Data Systems Electronic Medical Record.– Must provide software updates and upgrades(2) The contract period will be for one year.
