(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental hazard abatement services to the government authority located in Penn West, PA.• Work included under this Unit Price Contract consists of the abatement of environmentally hazardous substance in various buildings.• Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials and lead–based paint• The contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete each project to the satisfaction of, and subject to the approval of the University(2) The contract period will be for one year.
