(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical dispatch software. • Integration services, training, maintenance, and support necessary to furnish a statewide emergency medical dispatch system for participating public safety answering points (PSAPs).• Reporting tools capable of generating reports by requested date range or data field, including to weekly, monthly, and year–to–date statistics.• Scripted case entry questions for gathering vital information, including address, callback number, chief complaint, age, sex, consciousness status, breathing status, and number of victims.• Scripted key questions for each distinct chief medical complaint. • Scripted pre–arrival instructions that emphasize key actions and decision pathways.• Call prioritization with the ability to recommend appropriate call type based on incident nature. • Configurability sufficient to accommodate existing protocols, workflows, and system environments in participating PSAPs, to the extent approved by the State.• Automated quality assurance case review software capable of providing case statistics and supporting ongoing performance review
