MB-10281 - USA (California) - Third Party Administration Services for General Liability - Deadline July 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration services for general liability.– Serve as the city’s third party claims administrator for general liability and to provide claims management services in support of the city’s general liability claims program.– Notify the City of any changes in applicable statutes, laws, rules, or regulations that may impact the City’s General Liability Claims Program– Identify actual or potential problem areas or trends and provide recommendations and/or solutions to mitigate risk and reduce losses– Attend meetings and conduct monthly file reviews with City staff, and provide regular updates on the status of open General Liability claims– Provide monthly statistical reports summarizing new and closed claims, payments issued, and current reserves on all open General Liability claims(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
