MRB-56240 - USA (New Mexico) - Economic Development Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development services.– Economic development organizations, firms, or partnerships to serve as the lead provider of comprehensive economic development services.  – The selected contractor will partner with leadership to advance strategic economic development initiatives that promote private investment, business retention and expansion, job creation, industrial and commercial development, and long–term economic growth.– Services include strategic planning, business recruitment and retention, TradePort and industrial park development, site readiness, economic development marketing, grant and funding assistance, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of projects hat strengthen the county's economic competitiveness.  – Provide ongoing reporting, performance tracking, and technical expertise to support the economic development priorities.– The Contractor shall develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and business attraction program.– Promote economic development opportunities through digital and traditional media.– Develop site information and investment prospectus materials.– Develop and maintain property profiles and marketing materials.– Economic development strategy support.– Marketing campaigns conducted.– Strategic marketing plan.– Promotional events attended.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
