CONS-24290 - USA (Fairview, Pennsylvania) - Construction Project Representative Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction project representative services to the government authority located in Fairview, PA. – The Representative will provide regular on–site observation and related services in accordance with the executed agreement.– The Representative shall report apparent nonconforming work and other concerns but shall not assume the Architect’s or Engineer’s professional design responsibilities, modify the Contract Documents, accept or reject work, or direct contractors’ means, methods, sequences, orprocedures.– The Representative will facilitate communication and coordination among the District, Architect, contractors, consultants, testing agencies, and other project participants.– The Representative will maintain orderly project records created or received in performing the services, including field reports, photographs, correspondence, meeting records, schedules, issue logs, change logs, testing reports, payment–review notes, punch lists, and closeout tracking.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five year.
