Vendor needs to provide paper shredding service to the government authority located in FL. – Provide paper shredding service to include providing lockable collection containers, weekly collection, and certification of document destruction.– Provide thirty (30) lockable collection containers or consoles.– containers or consoles shall be constructed in such a way that material cannot be removed while the unit is locked.– final location or distribution of the containers or consoles may be adjusted based on demand or usage, including the relative distribution between the two buildings.– Containers shall have at least a thirty (30) gallon capacity with liners/bags for ease of removal and collection of paper.
