(1) Vendor needs to provide construction materials testing services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX. – Provide Construction Materials Testing (CMT) services related to the construction of water/wastewater mains, water/wastewater treatment facilities, parks/recreational facilities, streets, alleys, paving, drainage and other existing or proposed basic infrastructure improvements.  – Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Services shall supply all labor, supervision, installed and consumable materials, equipment, tools, and each and every item of expense necessary for performing field or laboratory analyses for the agency.– These services will typically be related to the agency water, wastewater, street, alley, paving, drainage, parks, recreational facilities and other infrastructure improvement projects.• Soil and Base Material Testing• Aggregate Testing• Concrete Testing• Asphaltic Concrete Testing• Coring Services• Non–Destructive Testing and Related Services• Geosynthetic and Lining System Testing• Construction Inspection Services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
