The City of Hollywood, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Bidder, to provide Dell Pro Rugged Laptops for Community Centers Computer Labs, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. Funding source for this solicitation is CDBG-CV2 and may be subject to all applicable Federal requirements, including but not limited to: 24 CFR Part 570 – CDBG Program Regulations 2 CFR Part 200 – Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements Federal Labor Standards, including Davis-Bacon Act (as the project exceeds the $2,000 threshold) Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 – While the current project scope does not meet the $200,000 threshold, I recommend including Section 3 language in case the bid comes in higher than expected and supplemental funding is required MBE/WBE outreach – Encouraging participation from minority- and women-owned business enterprises ADA compliance – Ensuring accessibility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act Duplication of Benefits – Ensuring that no expenses are reimbursed through multiple sources
