(1) Vendor needs to provide library planning study service to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN. • Study is to identify the many needs to be addressed by library and to propose future–facing facility solutions include the sustainable re–purposing of an existing single–story structure or new construction.• Provide meeting agendas a minimum of 10 business days in advance when meeting preparation is required of County team members• Engaging the community within the library primary patron zone through culturally relevant community engagement in alignment with the county's mission to eliminate inequities.• Messaging and communications approach will be defined as a study core team from the outset, before the implementation of any community engagement.
