TRANSLATION-8389 - USA (Oregon) - Interpreter and Translation Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide interpreter and translation services.• Provide timely, high quality, professional, and competent, pre–scheduled and on–demand interpreters and written professional translation for individuals and groups with limited English proficiency.• Services at minimum shall include readily available health care interpreters for the following required languages(Tier 1): American Sign Language (ASL), Russian, and Spanish, the following preferred languages (Tier 2): Burmese, Chinese, Chuukese, Marshallese, Punjabi, Romanian, Somali, Swahili, Vietnamese, and including a variety of other languages, and less commonly available specific dialects (Tier 3), including: Akateko, Chuj, Ixil, K’iche’, Mam, Mixteco Bajo, Purepecha, Q’anjob’al, Q’eqchi’, and Zapoteco and all other languages available.• Readily available pre–scheduled and on–demand interpreter services via:o On–site/in–person including ASLo Over–the–phoneo Video remote including ASL• Written professional translation• Preference for Health Care Interpreter proposers:o That are currently contracted with the local Coordinated Care Organization, PacificSource Community Solutions.• Preference for Court Interpreter proposers:o Use of interpreters who are qualified for court–related interpretation pursuant to Oregon statutes and applicable certification programs.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
