(1) Vendor needs to provide farmers market and community activation operator services.• Establish a weekly, year–round farmers market.• Deliver a minimum of four quarterly community activation events annually.• Activate old town as a regional destination.• Ensure a strong presence of agricultural producers.• Support economic development and entrepreneurship.• Provide family–friendly programming.• Promote cultural arts and local artists.• Improve access to fresh and healthy food.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 01 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
