(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological evaluations service for public safety employee to the government authority located in Jackson, TN. • Providers to conduct psychological examinations of officer candidates and/or incumbent officers, firefighters, and central dispatch employees to determine psychological suitability for duty and fitness to perform essential job functions.• Pre–employment psychological evaluations.• Fitness–for–duty evaluations (when requested).• Return–to–duty evaluations following psychological or behavioral concerns.• Periodic psychological assessments as required by agency policy.• Consultation services regarding psychological suitability findings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 5, 2026.
