(1) Vendor needs to provide professional broker dealer services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Create a pool of broker–dealers for the authority’s investments needs.– Broker–dealers shall execute trades via email, using platform or over the phone by the authority’s investment personnel.– Authority investment personnel will solicit offers from broker–dealers to invest those initial bond proceeds in accordance with a draw schedule as determined by the authority.– Periodically review the execution of trades to ensure trades are conducted in the most efficient manner and continue to meet internal goals and guidelines.– Investment decisions as determined by the authority’s investment personnel should not incur unreasonable credit or market risks in order to obtain current investment income.– Investment portfolio must be diversified to avoid incurring unreasonable and avoidable risks associated with concentrating investments in specific security types, maturity segments, or in individual financial institutions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
