CLEANING-13860 - USA (Gloucester, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Gloucester, VA. – The Purchasing Agency will provide the available related janitorial services products: paper towels, paper napkins, refuse can liners, paper shredder bags, toilet tissue, toilet seat covers, feminine protection/hygiene products, sanitary napkin receptable liners, hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray, disinfectant wipes, waste receptables, and disposable gloves (latex, nitrile).– Weekly Cleaning Schedule– janitorial services that shall be performed two (2) days per week, on Mondays and Thursdays, and scheduled between 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.– Semi–Annual Cleaning Schedule – janitorial services that shall be performed two (2) times per year.– Annual Cleaning Schedule – janitorial services that shall be performed one (1) time per year.– Initial Deep Cleaning Schedule – janitorial services that shall be performed one (1) time at the beginning of the Contract.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
