(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare transportation services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA. – The requires reliable, cost–effective non–emergency healthcare transportation services to ensure continuity of care across, providing basic life support (BLS), advanced life support (ALS), bariatric, gurney, and wheelchair van transports, enabling safe and efficient movement of patients with specialized needs. – These services are critical for transporting patients between facilities, including behavioral health, custody health, the social services agency, and health system hospitals and clinics. – Include transfers from hospitals to skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health transports, and custody related transports.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026(3) The contract period will be for five years.
