(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental laborer staffing services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.– Provide temporary workers to support solid waste services with regular operations, seasonal increases in workload, special projects, and other temporary staffing needs.– Provide reliable, work–ready staff who can safely perform general manual labor under the direction of designated city personnel.– Need approximately 40 to 60 laborers per day, with an anticipated minimum of approximately 40 laborers per day.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15,2026.
