EXTRA-73218 - USA (Hartford, Connecticut) - Facility Management Services - Deadline August 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facility management services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Respondent will serve as the primary point of contact for all facility–related concerns or issues and is expected to coordinate resolution to these matters.– Management services include but are not limited to managing outside contractors (city–selectedor otherwise), skilled trades, custodial and grounds keeping services, energy and indoor airquality, facility maintenance services, and scheduled programmatic support activities.– Develop, implement and maintain a plan for day–to–day supervision of the facility, coordinating and facilitating custodial services, grounds landscaping care, graffiti removal, minor repairs, etc. on an as–needed and ongoing basis.– Develop, implement and maintain detailed and defined specifications for facility maintenance, custodial services and grounds maintenance.– Develop, implement and maintain a system to properly track and respond to service requests and complaints from users in an informed and timely fashion.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
