(1) Vendor needs to provide as–needed capital services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. • Contractors to provide as–needed design–build services, including improvements to support new programming and operations and to ensure safety• Monitor the project budget throughout the life of the contract.• Provide a schedule of construction and monitoring the progress through project completion.• Provide construction safety/security.• Invite and conduct site visits at major milestones, including to pre assessment walk, rough–in of new equipment, above ceiling rough–ins, during finishes installation, punch list walk.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
