Vendor needs to provide training and learning development programme services.• The services comprise learning design, learning content and assessment development, skills–pathway development (including AI–literacy pathways), and related advisory and consultancy support, delivered as an integrated, blended service• Instructional and learning design; collaborative development of learning content, learning tasks and assessments; production of online modules and custom audio and video learning assets; management and administration of the associated processes (including subject–matter–expert review cycles, arranging for translation where required, quality checks, and the creation of learning pathways and digital badges); and related advisory support (on tools, formats and opportunities).• Training quality assurance and administration; development of subject–matter–expert and trainer capability (for example facilitation skills and work–integrated learning approaches); and role and process design in support of programme delivery.
