OSU-255632, JCSMI Rehab Clinic Expansion

OSU Columbus Campus: This project includes the partial renovation of the third floor of the Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute (JCSMI). The overall intent of the project is to create additional rehabilitation space for the facility through the relocation of an existing waiting room to the existing elevator lobby. Work includes but is not limited to the relocation of the existing wood and solid surface reception desk, selective demolition, new wall Construction, finishes, HVAC, Electrical, Technology and Fire Protection. Refer to the architectural drawings for the only approved OSU millwork vendor who is to be contracted to perform the relocation of the reception desk. Relocation work will be under this contract.
