HR-9218 - USA (Livingston, California) - Classification and Compensation Study Service - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study service to the government authority located in Livingston, CA.– Review class specifications, the number of employees in each class, vacant classifications, personnel rules, reclassification procedures, policies for revising classifications, and other data as needed. – The following are requested components of the study:• Review Appropriate Survey Agencies & Benchmark Classifications• Develop/Distribute a Salary Survey, Review Labor Market Survey Data, Develop Data Instrument for Analysis• Conduct External Market and Internal Equity Analysis; Prepare Draft Salary Recommendations• Prepare, Submit, Present Results of Compensation Report to City management and other parties as requested.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
