Scope of Work Summary The County of San Mateo, CA is seeking quotes for the purchase of two (2) Ballymore PS10 Power Stocker Lifts or equivalent ground entry, manually-propelled hydraulic lifts. The equipment will be used for material handling and stocking purposes within our facilities. The lifts must meet specific dimensional and performance criteria and be delivered by August 15th, 2026. Detailed Specifications Requirement: Two (2) Manually Propelled Hydraulic Power Stocker Lifts (equivalent to Ballymore PS-10 or better) . Dimensions: Maximum width: 36 inches Maximum height: 120 inches Platform height: Adjustable up to 6.5 feet Load Capacity: Minimum load capacity: 350 lbs. Power Source: Battery-operated with a minimum of 8 hours of continuous operation on a full charge Charger included Safety Features: Emergency stop button Non-slip platform surface Guardrails and safety harness attachment points Mobility: Swivel casters with locking mechanism Easy maneuverability in tight spaces Controls: Intuitive control panel with up/down buttons Battery level indicator Compliance: Must comply with OSHA standards for powered industrial trucks ANSI/ITSDF B56.1-2020 compliant Service Requirements The vendor must provide the following services: Warranty: Minimum one-year warranty on parts and labor Maintenance: Optional maintenance service plans should be available Training: On-site training for County staff on the operation and maintenance of the lifts Technical Support: Technical support via phone or email during business hours Monday-Friday Delivery Requirements The vendor must adhere to the following delivery requirements: Delivery Date: All equipment must be delivered by August 15th, 2026 Delivery Location: 2 locations within the County of San Mateo, CA, located in 94063 and 94010.
