(1) Vendor needs to provide tesla magnetic resonance imaging system (MRI) including magnet, gradient system, RF architecture, patient table, advanced clinical software packages, associated siting, rigging, installation, commissioning and maintenance services to the government authority located in Hawaii.– Software, Post–Processing & AI IntegrationA. Clinical Applications: Full suite of clinical scan packages for neurology, musculoskeletal, oncology, angiography (CE and non–contract MRA), whole–body imaging, and cardiac MRIB. Scan Acceleration: Advanced reconstruction software (e.g., deep learning–based reconstruction or accelerated parallel imaging) designed to significantly reduce scan times without sacrificing diagnostic image quality.– Magnet & Gradient SystemA. Field Strength: True 3.5 – 3.0 Tesla superconducting magnet with high spatial and temporal homogeneity.B. Gradient Performance: High–performance gradient system delivering robust amplitude and slew rates to support high–resolution diffusion imaging (DWI /DTI), functional MRI (fMRI), and rapid acquisition sequences while minimizing peripheral nerve stimulation (PNS).– RF System, Coils & Patient TableA. RF Architecture: High–Channel digital RF received architecture ensuring high signal–to–noise ratio (SNR) and parallel imaging performance.B.
