EXTRA-74546 - USA (Baton Rouge, Louisiana) - Family Support and Youth Transition Services - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide family support and youth transition services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA. – A community–based program component designed to provide support and training to youth and their families.– Provide services aimed at promoting social and emotional adjustment, enhancing life skills and independent living skills; and eliminating destructive behavioral patterns.– Provide school advocacy to include, but not limited to, active support to secure necessary resources services or policy changes to ensure the youth receive an equitable education.– Provide individualized treatment services for confined youth who represent co–occurring mental and substance use disorders.– Provide youth opportunities for continuing their education in a technical career.– Provide training, resources and assistance to enable Youth to access public benefits.– Physical and mental health support.– Provide for the safety and well–being of the youth, program staff and community (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
