(1) Vendor needs to provide Case Management Software• Solution should facilitate information sharing, collaboration, and case processing across these stakeholder groups while respecting the unique operational requirements, confidentiality considerations, and cultural practices of each program.• Enhance operational effectiveness by making more timely, accurate, and complete case information available to judicial branch personnel, case parties, and relevant justice partners.• Implement robust reporting tools, including to ad hoc reporting, statistical reporting, and configurable scheduled reports.• Reduce reliance on manual and paper–based processes• Introduce modern features and functionality to support increased automation and operational Efficiencies.• Frequent internet and power outages, particularly in remote areas, require courts to intermittently revert to paper–based processing and limit reliable access to current technology.• Court clerks manually enter most case data and manage filings, increasing administrative burden, risk of errors, and reducing the reliability of data for reporting and analysis.• Court Case Management System (CCMS)• Prosecution Case Management System• Public Defender Case Management System• Probation Case Management System• Peacemaking Case Management System(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
