DRA-11462 - USA (New York) - Open Space Planning and Engineering Analysis Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide open space planning and engineering analysis services to the government authority located in NY.– Services of the consultant shall be performed under the direction of the agency and shall consist of all required and necessary standard requirements in connection with the preparation of land use planning, environmental impact assessments and investigations, economic and real estate analysis, engineering studies and cost estimating, and master planning and public engagement. – Studies, investigations, and feasibility reports.– Technical analysis, engineering design, and cost estimates.– Preparation of scope and schematic plans.– Site investigation including topographic, bathymetric and utility surveys, tree surveys, underwater inspections, TV/Video inspections, hazmat investigations, documentation of existing conditions, preparation of as–built drawings, and other project site specific needs to support various planning studies.– Preparation and execution of programs for facility monitoring and performance evaluations, including destructive and non–destructive testing programs.– Geotechnical testing and reporting to establish subsoil and bearing strata conditions.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
