(1) Vendor needs to provide adult and dislocated worker services to the government authority located in Geneva, IL. • Provide comprehensive career and training services to eligible adult and dislocated workers participants.• Veterans – Individuals who qualify as veterans or eligible spouses under the Jobs for Veterans Act receive priority of service for WIOA–funded employment and training services• Individuals with Disabilities – Including individuals with physical, intellectual, developmental, or behavioral health disabilities who may require additional accommodations, assistive services, or coordinated supports to successfully obtain and retain employment.• Justice–Involved Individuals – Including individuals who are currently involved with, or have previously been involved with, the criminal justice system• Individuals Experiencing Housing Instability or Homelessness – Including individuals who lack stable housing, are residing in temporary or transitional housing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026
